Inuyasha-Inuyasha's   a   Inu-hanyou. ( Half-dog   demon )He   can   be   aggressive   most   of   the   time   but   can   have   a   sensitive   side   too.His   mother   died   when   he   was   just   a   pup.50   years   ago,   Inuyasha   fell   in   love   with   the   priestess,   Kikyo.They   were   SO   close,   but   something,   or   SOMEONE   drifted   them   apart.And   that   someone   was   the   evil   demon,   Naraku.Kikyo   and   Inuyasha   both   died   thinking   that   they   betrayed   one   another.Inuyasha   died   by   the   arrow   that   Kikyo   shot   and   remained   dormant   on   the   ancient   Goshimbou   tree   while   Kikyo   died   by   the   pain   of   the   gash   on   her   right   shoulder. 

500   years   later,   a   9th   grader   named   Kagome   Higurashi   comes   along   and   frees   him.

Kagome-Kagome   Higurashi   is    in   9th   grade   and   is   an   reincarnation   of   the   legendary   priestess,   Kikyo.She   didn't   know   at   first   until   she   was   dragged   down   the   ancient   well   in   her   family   shrine   on   her   15th   birthday   by   Mistress   Centipede,   a   youkai   that   sought   after   the   jewel   of   the   4   souls   like   others,   whether   ningen   or   youkai.She   freed   Inuyasha   after   she   had   decided   to   live.The   Shikon   Jewel   came   out   of   her   body   after   Mistress   Centipede   bit   her   on   the   thigh.She   can   control    Inuyasha   with   one   word......SIT!!!!!   ( Osuwari )      P.S,She   was   the   one   who   broke   the   jewel   by   accident   with   her   arrow   into   thousands   and   millions   of   shards   throughout   Feudal   Era.Now   she   has   to   work   together   with   Inuyasha   in   order   to   make   the   jewel   whole   again.

Shippo-Shippo   is   a   Fox   Kitsune   Youkai   whose   mother   and   father   were   killed   by   the   Thunder   Brothers   named   Hiten   and   Manten.He   wanted   to   steal   Inuyasha   and   Kagome's   jewel   shards   so   that   he   could   avenge   his   family.But   he   got   caught   and   later   on,   things   have   gone   from   bad   to   worse   when   Kagome   was   knocked   out   and   kidnapped   by   Manten.Shippo   was   forced   to   ask   Inuyasha   and   Myouga   for   help.After   defeating   the   Thunder   Brothers,   Shippo   was   forced   to   travel   with   Kagome   and   Inuyasha   ever   Since.

Miroku-Miroku   is   a   monk   who   is   a   pervert   and   possesses   the   Kazanna.The   Kazanna   is   a   curse   made   by   Naraku   who   cursed   Miroku's   grandfather,   saying   with   every   boy   in   his   family   shall   possess   it.With   each   passing    year,   the   hole   will   grow   bigger   and   bigger   until   the   kazanna   swallows   them   whole.He   RAN   into   Kagome,   Inuyasha   and   Shippo   and   tried   to   steal   their   jewel   shards   but   failed.That   was   the   time   they   learned   about   Naraku   and   they're   off   to   journey   together   to   destroy   him.

Kirara-Kirara   is   a   neko   youkai   and   also   a   pet,   sidekick   and   friend   to   Sango   and   to   the   Inuyasha-gumi.Inuyasha   and   the   others  ( excluding   Sango )   found   her   in   a   wrecked   Exterminator   village.They   quickly   made   friends   with   her   after   Myouga   told   her   that   Inuyasha   and   the   others   aren't   enemies.Kirara   has   been   following   Inuyasha  and   his   friends,   hoping   to   find   her   owner   alive.

Sango-Sango's   a   youkaitaijya   who   has   lost   all   her   friends   and   family   members,   except   for   her   pet   neko-youkai,   Kirara   and   Kohaku,   who   Naraku   possessed   to   make   him   kill   their   kin.Kohaku   was   killed   during   the   incident   but   was   brought   back   to   life   by   Naraku   with   a   shikon   shard   implanted   in   his   back.Unfortunately,   Kohaku   is   now   under   Naraku's   control   and   was   forced   to   for   get   EVERYTHING.Even   about   who  he   is!( Man,   talk   about   amnesia,  people! )Sango   betrayed   Inuyasha   and   the   others   but   they   let   Sango   and   Kirara   travel   with   them   in   hopes   of   defeating   Naraku.

Naraku-Naraku   was   originally   a   bandit,   named   Onigumo   whom   had   suffered   from   terrible   burns. Kikyo   felt   pity   for   Onigumo   and   nursed   him   in   a   cave. Onigumo   fell   in   love   with   Kikyo   and   desired   the   sacred   jewel   so   that   he   can   live   on. Eventually,   he   succumbed   to   his   weakness   and   called   numerous   youkai   to   create   a   new   body,   thus   was   born   the   demon,   Naraku. He   has   caused   many   people   suffer   in   despair   and    pain   and   forced   Kikyo   and   Inuyasha   against   one   another.

Kagura-Kagura   is   one   of   Naraku's   3   reincarnations.She   is   also   known   as   the   wind   sorceress. She   can  control  all   known   wind   with   1   wave   of   her   fan. Ever   since   she   found   out   that   Naraku   is   just   using   her,   she   desired   nothing   but   freedom. Now,   she'd   go   get   her   heart   herself,   but   however,   since   her   heart   is   in   Naraku's   hands,   he   can   easily   kill   her   when   he   squeezes   it. So   she   has   no   choice   but   to   obey  Naraku's   every   command.

( Man,   talk   about   reverse   psychology,   people! ) Anyway,   she   appears   in   the   episode   " The   Wind   Scar   Fails " . She   has   the   ability   to   suck   out   souls   and   reflect   attacks   right   back   to   the   opponent   with   her   mirror.She's   emotionless   and   rarely   talks. She   only   talks   when   she's   serious.

Hakudoshi- Hakudoshi   used   to   be   of   Naraku's   kid. ( O_O  GAY!!!!!!! ) He   USED   to   be   whole   until   for   some   reason,   he   split   in   half. The   weird   part   is   that   one   half   of   the    baby   grew   and   the   other   half   remained   a   baby. The   baby   holds   the   Fuuyoheki   and   Kanna   holds   the   baby   while   Kagura   sticks   around   with   Hakudoshi. Hakudoshi   used   to   have   a   fire   horse   named   Entei. Unfortunately   for   Hakudoshi,   Entei   was   killed   by   Inuyasha's   Bachyuura   somewhere   in   the   episodes.

Kikyo- Kikyo   is   the   original   guardian   and   protector   of   the   legendary   shikon   jewel. She   and   Inuyasha   fell   in   love   with   one   another   50   years   ago. She   used   to   teach   the   village  children   and   play   with   them   way   before   she   died. Kikyo   was   also   the   one   who   tended   to   the   bandit,   Onigumo. She   is   very   talented   in   archery. 50   years   later   after   she   died,   a   witch   named   Urasue   brought   her   back    to   life   with   her   gravesite   soil   and   ashes.Now   that   she's   back   in   the   world   of   the   living,   this   complicates   things   for   Inuyasha   between   Kagome   and   Kikyo.

Even   though   he   has   Tenseiga,   he   wants   Tetsuiga   since   Tenseiga   can   only   heal,   not   kill.

 Rin- Rin   is   a   orphan   whose   entire   family   were   killed   by   a   hoard   of   bandits.She   hasn't   spoke   since   their   demise.She   found   Sesshomaru   in   the   woods   badly   and   slowly   nurses   him   to   health   despite   him   insisting   not   wanting   any   help.Later   on   during   the   day   at   the   village,   a   slaughter   took   place   there   by   Koga's   wolves.They   killed   her   and   Sesshomaru   just   so   happened   to   find   her   dead   and   saved   her   with   Tenseiga. Rin   kept   on   following   Sesshomaru   ever   since.

One   fateful   day,   when   Jaken's   army   was   battling   a   HUGE   demon   and   Jaken   was   about   to   be   eaten,   Sesshomaru    comes   along   just   in   time   and   saves   Jaken   and   his   army   and   destroys   the   demon   with   whip   of   light.Jaken   follows   Sesshomaru   after   the   tells   his   army   that   they   can   manage   on   their   own.Jaken   was   recieved   the   Staff   of   Heads   by   Sesshomaru   and   is   Sesshomaru's   servant.

Ginta   is   the   one   with   the   gray   hair   and   Hakkaku   is   the   one   with   yellow   spikes   in   his   hair.They   first   had   the   Birds   of   Parasite   to   worry   about   but   Inuyasha   and   his   friends   killed   them   all   but   Kagura   caused   the   most   damage.She   wiped   out   80%   of   Koga's   tribe   and   wiped   out   50%   of   the   Black   wolf   tribe   from   the   mountains.Now  Koga   wants   to   get   revenge   by   killing   Kagura   and   Naraku.

( SIT! )
